Casemate secondaries should reduce BU hits, not B hits

Currently, casemates decrease the hit rate against the belt armor, in exchange for that change going towards hitting the secondaries.
i think this is unrealistic as the secondary battery is not located on the belt armor, and thus has no reason to reduce the hit chance against belt armor.


you can reproduce this by making a ship with secondaries in casemates, and one without secondaries in casemates, then shooting them in fleet excercises, over multiple tests (i did 9) you will find one ship takes significantly more hits to the belt.


This suggestion would make it so that BU and BE get hit less if you have more secondaries in casemates, this is because secondaries are located in the BU, above the main belt

Their own image shows that casemate secbat is in/above BU this honestly feels more like an oversight/bug than something done on purpose. I how that this suggestion is implemented

I'd go with it being an oversight as well, as there was no BU in RTW2
