Can someone post a 1.00.46 Preferences file?

I've been having issues with the game making one, and I just want to see what dropping the file in the folder manually would do. Matrix version preferable, thanks

Hello.

I attached default Preferences file from clean install of Steam 1.00.46 version from User/Documents/My Games/Rule the Waves 3.

I hope this will work too.
