Minor visual bug in the missile launch section of the ship designer

The weight displayed in this panel doesn't get updated after decreasing the number of launchers (it does after increasing the number of launchers or changing the number of reloads) - it's just a visual bug, as the ship's total weight, weight remaining and cost are correctly updated.
