Possible Typo Affecting Hull Construction Research

I've noticed in my games that the Hull Construction technology takes forever to go above level 2 regardless of what priority I set it at.  Today I was browsing the data files and I saw this.

I'm not sure what the numbers all mean but unlike the other techs on the list, the level 3 tech Basic Weight Control doesn't have a 7 (or whatever the number is supposed to be because it's not always a 7) between the 100 and the 203 (which I believe is the tech ID number).  Also, the 0 between the tech ID and the description seems to be unique to that tech.

You are correct, there is a typo. Thanks for bringing this up! You can use this version of the research areas file until an update is posted to the game.
