thank you. questions like this help narrow down what is causing the issues. I'm trying to help as I know william and christopher have their hands full right now. If others with paypal issues could answer these, it may help will and chris pinpoint the commonality that's causing the issue. Czech Republic, Android Chrome, PayPal linked to a credit card. Based on the information from my bank, the payment order comes through, but is immediately followed by recall order issued by the seller (I assume PayPal). |

Same problem.
Croatia,tried using both Firefox and IE.No record of any kind of transactions on my bank account.

Same. Portugal, Opera, both through the paypal wallet and the debit card, and both with VPN on and off. No luck so far, guess I'll have to email...

I cant pay with Paypal, my account got hacked and i requested it be shutdown permanently. i can pay in any other way!

What all of people in here can’ t understand is one thing- almost all have already bought rule the waves 1 through PayPal without any problem.
Can I buy Rule the Waves 2 in old NWS store page?

Looks like the issue is limited to buyers outside the US. Or did anybody within US had the same issue?

Worked fine for me a couple of hours ago. Price came down to about 32.xx euro. Only problem I had at first with paypal was that I had 27 euro account balance and like 6 euros on a separate card. Didn't accept that so at that point I moved 10 euros from my bank account to paypal and managed to buy it without problems.
