Why can't I choose my country only US states? I live in Israel I put in my billing information but there is no option for other countries.

I had same problem. So I investigated the cause of this problem. I'm living in Japan and using Chrome. I tried to pay with my visa-debit-card via paypal, but it was failed. First, I used VPN service and connected from US. But Purchase was failed too.... Next, I changed the billing address from my real address to the White House's address( 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW , Washington, D.C.) . Then the purchase was succeeded. So I think, the cause of this problem is the difference of the address format between US and Other Countries, not the networking problem or Credit-card problem. Correct. I used a PO Box address from USA, and worked fine. Great

The problem is solved by changing the billing address to the United States

I couldn't buy yesterday from Australia, but tried again this morning (with the same address) and it worked.
Not sure if I will end up paying for two versions of the game, but just happy to be playing now!

I do not think your conclusion is correct. I've managed in the end to successfully conclude the purchase by using exclusively the PayPal ballance, while using the same address (Czech Republic). When you use PayPal ballance the card is not charged, the transaction is concluded solely between the seller and PayPal. Therefore the issue seems to be non US delivery address paying by non US credit card. |

I've spoken to Christopher about adding a separate dedicated Credit Card payment option, will let you know here when/if that gets added. Thanks! Any estimate when this will go live. |
