Describe the issue in detail.
Visualized minewarfare maximum mine amount does not update when when changing the ship displacement. Maximum amount does update when auto designing the ship.
However
1) Making the ship smaller: the application correctly calculates the new amount but the visualized maximum amount does not update. Clicking "check design" lists now the changed maximum amount
2) Making the ship bigger: visualized maximum possible mines does not change and as the designer does not allow setting more than the maximum amount, its impossible to add larger quantities of mines than the designer sets it
What were you doing when the bug occurred?
Designing the ship
What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected.
Changing the displacement should auto update the maximum mine amount, or atleast the "check design" button
Can you describe how to reproduce the bug?
case 1:
1) Open designer
2) Auto design ship CL class
3) Add maximum amount of mines
4) Make ship smaller -> visualized maximum amount does not change
5) Click "check design", design report lists changed maximum amount
case 2:
1) Open designer
2) Auto design ship CL class
3) Add maximum amount of mines
4) Make ship bigger -> visualized maximum amount does not change
5) Cannot add more mines than the original visualized maximum amount, as ui blocks adding more than the visualized maximum

I have seen this too (at least the part where reducing tonnage doesn't update the displayed limit). I'm pretty sure it's a recent (1.07?) regression - it used to work correctly.

You can work around it by flipping the ship type to something else and then back.
