I never really saw the point of the “ Regina’s “. What good was a single main battery ?

The names are "real", in the sense that they are what the actual US designer called his design studies. I just lifted them from Friedman, along with the ship stats, and invented a plausible (unbuilt sister ship?) top view. The Italian Semi-Dreadnoughts were cut price versions of Cuniberti's "All big gun Battleship for the Royal Navy" ideas. Tuned for budget and speed (to chase the Austrian "light battleships"?). I have an incarnation of Cuniberti's ABG design as one of my "Dread-Not" layouts.
I'm currently running through v.20 of my RN game, with the latest set of AI IDes designs. Assuming it doesn't get too silly I'll probably start doing an AAR of it as as semi-continuation of the earlier game. My RN fleet is generally pretty similar on each run through so their navy will be basically the same, I'll just have to update the "Jane's All the World's Fighting Ships" thing with whatever the AI has built by 1910 or so.

I’ve been looking at Wyoming. Must have rolled like a drunken matelot when she broadsided !
