This is a list of suggestions solicited by me personally and Rule the Waves wikiJP. It is translated from Japanese to English and will be posted several times. There may be flaws in the English language.
1.Mass construction bonus I would like to see a bonus on cost and construction time when building a large number of vessels of the same type.
2.Possibility of 2inDP with endgame technology. In the real world there are excellent 2.2in guns like the Bofors 57 mm.They were used in Holland, Sweden, and France, and it would be even more fun to design them if they could be mounted on DDs and KEs. Bofors 57 mm Naval Automatic Gun L/60 1952 Bofors 57 mm Naval Automatic Gun L/70 1966
3.Division organization of AV If AVs can form divisions, they can make more use of helicopter carriers and seaplanes equipped with torpedoes.
4.Improve ASW capability of shipboard aircraft The cost of submarines was increased and weakened in version 37. I think it would be better to increase the countermeasures to fight submarines instead of weakening them. since Leigh light exists in the game, it would be nice to be able to enhance ASW values with aircraft-mounted radars used in the same era, etc.Today's escort carriers often have lower ASW values than a single DD, no matter how many planes they carry.

5.Aircraft Model Selection I would like to select the model that the squadron will be equipped with, such as a fighter specialized in maneuverability for CAP or a fighter-bomber with an emphasis on bomb load capacity. The company may dare to use a previous generation machine that has a large inventory and save it until the number of state-of-the-art machines is available. 6.Bonus for oil producing colonies If it produces oil, it should have more income than other places. 7.Possibility of missile interception by DP The DP 2in mentioned in proposal 2 and the fully automatic 3in gun already in the game would be able to intercept missiles, although the probability may be low. 8.Shipboard Guns to Coastal Guns An event that occurs when a ship equipped with cannons is dismantled. An event that proposes the construction of a coastal gun using the main gun.

9.Increase the number of save slots If used as a backup, 10 save slots will fill up quickly.
10.Observation by seaplane or helicopter I would like to order seaplanes and helicopters on a mission to observe the results of the bombardment. It would be great if they could follow the enemy in the form of patrol missions and improve the accuracy of their artillery hits.
11.Additional elements of night combat I would like to see searchlights and star shells added. It would be nice if the searchlight could be directed like Flotilla Attack. It gives buffs and debuffs to both the irradiator and the irradiated.
12.Construction of airfield I would like to specify the size of the building at the time of construction. Like building a 100 scale airfield in an empty area. I wish there was a way to increase the current size by 20 aircraft, but if we are building a huge airport from scratch, we will forget about it along the way.

13.Various warnings -Warning when aircraft maintenance costs are enormous. Presentations where 30% or 50% of total expenditures are spent on aircraft as an example. -Announcement of extremely low research budgets for a period of time As an example, if for some reason the research budget is temporarily set at 0-3%, an announcement is made to remember to put it back. "I hope there will be an announcement like ""researchers bemoaning low budgets"" like at events where people are surprised that outdated airships are being used!" -Special training announcements at the end of the war "At the end of the war, ""Do you want to stop special training?""I would like to see the option of" I think they will be less likely to forget to cancel special training.
14.Design changes during construction Currently we can extend the period by a month and update the fire control system, but we would like to redesign it a bit more. For example, they can change to better quality guns or put newly developed anti-submarine equipment on board. If I could make a bigger change, I would turn the battleships under construction into aircraft carriers. "Like the aircraft carrier ""Shinano"" which was once a battleship."
15.Ships to be scrapped by treaty We want to convert a ship under construction that will be scrapped by treaty into an aircraft carrier. This would be possible if the ship under construction could be refurbished, as in proposal 14. If the Convention decides to scrap it, it would be good if it could be refurbished there, with a grace period until the next turn, rather than immediately. If this could be done, it would be possible to reproduce ships like the Lexington, which was originally designed as a battleship and became an aircraft carrier by treaty.
16.carrier battleship like the Ise! It may be difficult in terms of game systems and battle generators, but I hope to make it someday.

It may be difficult in terms of game systems and battle generators, but I hope to make it someday. I think for the carrier battleship what you really need to do is allow all-forward (or all-aft) armament arrangements, as we already allow carriers (CVs, that is, not CVLs) to have battleship-level armor and turrets. So this idea is fairly viable. Whether you prefer them to be in a carrier slot or a battleship slot, or somewhere in between, that's another discussion. Also, another suggestion for you guys, there should be a force ram button. Ramming is so unreliable, even when it should happen, so it's frustrating. Especially when your ships get rammed so easily.

It is wonderful that a carrier battleship seems feasible! In terms of Ise's aircraft loading capacity, it would certainly be better to call it a CVL.The actual Ise and Hyuga have two turrets forward and two turrets aft, so they can be reproduced without all the turrets forward.I would like to see one with all the rear-facing turrets removed and turned into an aircraft carrier battleship.
The instructions for the ram attack is an element I would like to see.

The instructions for the ram attack is an element I would like to see. I would love to be able to order my ships to ram an enemy, would be very much useful in the short range duels of the 1890s and when I want to recreate the Glowworm incident.

17.Bomb Type Selection I would like to be able to select the type of bombs used by aircraft. Against heavily armored battleships, it would be nice to be able to use SAP or GP bombs when AP bombs seem unable to penetrate.
18.lightWeight torpedo I would like to see a lightWeight anti-submarine torpedo implemented. As time goes on, I believe that light Weight torpedoes for anti-submarine will become the norm instead of torpedoes for anti-ship. It would be great to have torpedoes with small weight and deck space for such DD and KE. In the current game, in order to fire anti-submarine torpedoes, long torpedo tubes must be loaded, and KE cannot be equipped with torpedoes!
19.Started in 1950 It would be nice to have a scenario where missiles can be used from the beginning!
20.Land Facilities More land facilities would be great. Radar bases, anti-aircraft missile positions, etc. It would also be fun to see coastal air raids targeting such facilities.

19.Started in 1950 It would be nice to have a scenario where missiles can be used from the beginning! 1950s start would be nice, but that would require the game to go on up to the 2010s, so maybe that would only be a feature for RTW4, hope that also means VLS systems and such

21.Treaty Variations It may be difficult but it would be nice to see a little more variety in the treaties. Like the Washington Disarmament Treaty, which does not restrict CVLs below 1000 tons, or the London Disarmament Conference, which restricts the caliber of CAs.

Thank you. I made it short so I may not have conveyed it well; I think the person who wrote suggestion #19 wanted to play a scenario that started with the early ships after WWII.It would be very difficult to create the initial vessels for all countries. As a side note, it may be necessary to edit the design template and AircraftBasicData3.dat if you change the target year of development for all technologies.Like other mods on this forum. nws-online.proboards.com/thread/7729/comically-fast-research-mod
