Bug report from a playthrough as Japan: holding a Fleet Exercise with 3 friendly divisions results in one division being spawned off the coast of Tokyo, Another in the Horn of Africa, and a third in the Carribian. That is what I call a 'large scale' fleet exercise...noted, thanks.

Trying to scrap a MTB squadron returns an index error Seaplane tenders are invisible in the ship picture view
Not sure if intentional or not but CVL hybrid carriers are not possible as centreline turrets are invisible
I get the pop-up message asking if a ship can stop and launch a seaplane, but so far as I can tell it never happens. In a group of 4 CAs with 4 planes I got nearly 16 messages bur the ships never stopped and no planes were sent aloft

I think pirateradar is correct, but will check with Fredrik to make sure. IIRC the reason for no 'automatic' stopping of them was worry that a player might forget they are stopped and thus leave them as 'sitting ducks' for enemy attacks.

But how do you do it in Admirals mode when you have no direct control over ship?

This is not exactly bug however it is step back from RTW1.
Design screen - update of weight of main guns
When turret armour is changed and thus weight of armour on turrets, the calculation is done, however in screen part of turrets the updated amount is not directly changed and is not changed till there is made any change on main gun caliber or numbers. Secondary guns works fine.

Some early problems found: 1. Clicking picture name picker in ship design window returns "File not found" error
2. Only one ship parts set is available is it bug or feature of demo?
3. Autobuild of legacy fleet generates some strange results - like "Nassau" lookalikes built in 1916, while 1912 ships are bigger, faster and use better guns with only a bit thinner armour, often cramped BBs and especially BCs, short range capital ships as Japan* etc.
Edit: I just found oil fired DD class from 1904 (while the newest classes are still coal fired).
Edit2: Found DD class with Director but ) FC positions
4. Doctrine floatplane priority reads "FLoatplane" with capital L
5. Many of legacy DDs are overweight some very much, like 900t DD being over 70t overweight
6. Suggestion - is it possible to change arrow pointer in ship designing window to something smaller? Arrow often covers the lines I'm drawing forcing me to redraw by trial and error.
7. It would be nice if increased elevation was ticked by default after it was researched, as you have to remember to tick it every time.
8. I know cost of increasing ammo amount is supposed to be large, but maybe make a cutout (5-6in guns) where it is possible without additional costs. Legacy DDs are crippled by low ammo count but giving them more is completely inefficient, better build new one... or switch to different calibre
*For example out of 10 capital ships BB and BC) I got starting as Japan, 7 were short ranged and 5 cramped.

Hello, not a bug for me, but something about some "Quality of Life". I'm playing on a Laptop with a 14" 1920x1080 screen, and in order not to destroy my eyes on a daily basis, i use a scale of 150%. However, with such scaling, the game is unable to fit everything on the screen. And there is no scrollbar to go down and click on the "turn" button. (See screen attached to the post). I gave it a try by going to 100% scaling in Windows option, and then, every part of the game window fits in the screen, though the lettering is way too small for my eyes.
Any idea on how i could force the game to fit the screen on 150% scaling ? Thank you in advance, Dsmii

While trying to refit an autogenerated legacy CL I get error that design is nor legal. I can't fix it, as it relates to armor - the design was autogenerated and spawned despite being illegal:
DE and BE is the issue.

Something strange with strikes.
I just set planes to be ready for recon. After they are ready I check squadron and want to launch them. However as soon as I check them they changed mission to "naval strike" which I do not want to.
After I unchecked it there is no mission. After checked again, there is naval mission. And I cannot change mission type for ready aircrafts.

Accoridng to manual I should get a selection of priority for airbase missions before battle. But when I got into battle with an airbase, I got no such thing. There were definitely planes in that airbase, but I don't think they were active, the air formation window also didn't show any planes.

Try changing the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" setting(s) to 100% instead of 125%, see if that helps with the issue. It wont hurt at any rate to try that as you can set it back if it makes no difference... Sadly that doesn't fix it, and as far as i can tell makes no change on RTW2 in any way.
However while playing around i discovered that when moving the window around it makes a huge size jump while moving from one screen to another, this is normal because one of my screens is physically larger than the other, however other applications resize not as extreme/ their "insides" resize correctly while RTW2 does not.
In these two screenshots, over both screens, you can see that happen, in one the designer window is primarily on the small laptop (left) screen while in the other it is on the bigger tv (right) screen.
Which means RTW2 would be playable one my laptop screen alone but that kinda make my setup useless and uncomfortable to use.
Just wanted to say that i got it to work, by changing which monitor is the main one. Kinda obvious in hindsight, but as far as i can remember that didn't work in RTW1 (or maybe I'm just dumb;P) and that's why it took me so long to try that. Well whatever the case, it works now and thanks for the help.

A ship class is marked as being from 1917, but actual ships of the class are from 1910, 1915 and 1917
