When taking over a neutral colony I've been dinged on the prestige, despite the fact that I immediately send a ship to it. Can the prestige warning at least wait two turns to give the ship time to sail to the colony?

When I select "never pause on sightings" the game still pauses on sightings, not sure if it's because I'm selecting it in the middle of a mission or not.

I've never had one - my French AI opponent had one. There is a box on Preferences you can check.

This may be just bad luck but every B, BB or BC that I have built as a raider has been interned at some point. Not sure if the size of the ship affects its chances or not.

Does new shell tech apply immediately to all ships or just to new ships?

I wouldn't mind seeing scenarios - for example one starting in, say, 1920 with a war between Japan and the US. Pick a side, build your legacy fleet. No other powers are involved and war has already been declared.

In 1.1, there will be an element of "island hopping", at least there will be invasions of inadequately guarded colonial possessions, which ought to change the dynamics a bit. Very nice! And really great AAR here as well.

Yes it does. The most peace-leaning of your answers will give a greater chance of peace, often at a cost of some prestige. But the peace negotiations may still stall for various reasons, so basically it's a gamble, "Do I wager some prestige for a possible end to the war?". Great, thanks!

Understood. I'm still having fun, despite the revolution. Creating a lot of subs, DD's and colonial ships.
Does it make any difference what you select on the peace feelers screen, is my question?
