I use a 2 monitor setup, which probably makes me not a priority, but here goes nothing.
In the designer screen it cuts the bottom off. This is not new but also happen in RTW1. In RTW 1 i could fix it through Properties/Compatibility/High DPI scaling overide/Scaling performed by Application, however in RTW 2 this bugs the Designer additional armament etc. tabs out. They don't react to clicks and with Wide option it cuts them in half .
I just hooked up a second monitor to go with my main display, and I cant repo this issue with what I have hooked up: my primary monitor is running at 3840 x 2160 and the secondary (one I added) monitor is 1920 x 1080 rez. What are the resolutions of your primary and secondary monitors?

Hi, I think I found some bugs: -Legacy British battlecruisers are using CA names but battlecruisers constructing at the start of the demo use the BC namelist. -Some of legacy battleships have actual top speeds 4 knots lower than their designed ones. This seems a bit odd when the speed difference is only 1 knot in RTW. -If you auto generate design when converting into a light carrier the game sets the ship's displacement to 40. The game allows you to save it but you can neither use it as a conversion or a newly built ship. -When you change a ships guns to a caliber which aren't DP, the game will grey out the DP box.

Anyone trying to make a Nelson class equivalent and cannot get the conning tower/bridge to move to the back? Secondary turrets do move to the rear correctly.

Try changing the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" setting(s) to 100% instead of 125%, see if that helps with the issue. It wont hurt at any rate to try that as you can set it back if it makes no difference...

While attempting to move a Short-range ship during wartime, I got the expected error message. However, afterwards it displayed the ship's speed as AF. Attachments:

Hi, thanks for the demo. Im more interested in the UI than in the actual gameplay, that will wait until the 17th May, but I noticed (or maybe failed to notice) something - armour research says "Gradual improvement of quality", but how much does that change the armour efficiency? 1%? 2%? How much armour may I consider sufficient against 16in gun (of the same quality like I have) at 20 000yds? The game says 11,792in, but does that count in the armour quality?
May I expect better results in gunfire against enemy with worse quality armour?
Does that research change the armour quality on already existing ships?
If no, then where do I find out what was the standart quality of armour when was that specific ship made?

It wont hurt at any rate to try that as you can set it back if it makes no difference... Sadly that doesn't fix it, and as far as i can tell makes no change on RTW2 in any way.
However while playing around i discovered that when moving the window around it makes a huge size jump while moving from one screen to another, this is normal because one of my screens is physically larger than the other, however other applications resize not as extreme/ their "insides" resize correctly while RTW2 does not.
In these two screenshots, over both screens, you can see that happen, in one the designer window is primarily on the small laptop (left) screen while in the other it is on the bigger tv (right) screen.
Which means RTW2 would be playable one my laptop screen alone but that kinda make my setup useless and uncomfortable to use.

I just played a battle in which I launched my first carrier airstrike. During it, I scored 3 torpedo hits (one of which was a dud), all by carrier-borne aircraft (you can see them in the first image below, at 07:17 and 07:30). However, when I open the "air details" screen in the post-battle results, it says that my aircraft had "0 torpedo hits scored." Am I misunderstanding, or is this a bug?

Possibly not a bug, but I am confused by the ranges for the Hayate scout. It only carries bombs in the heavy loadout, so I would expect identical light/medium ranges and then a drop for the heavy loadout--instead, there is a drop from light to medium with no difference in payload, and an increase in payload from medium to heavy with no decrease in range. Similarly, the Hayabusa never carries bombs, but loses almost half its range in a heavy configuration--is there any reason to fly it in a configuration other than light? If payload includes other factors (e.g. ammo load for the guns), I think the manual could use an update--it suggests payload is only bomb/torpedo load. Attachments:

Excellent! I'll have to fit that on the HMS Bogatyr...
