When did you start the game: 1900 What nation were you playing: japan Were there any start options that were not the default: fleet size 11 Describe the issue in detail: i got light carriers in 1919 and heavier than air in 1913 but for some reason my research suddenly stagnated in 1915 at which point the research area has not pumped out a new "feature" in almost 13 years in short this means i have no torpedo bombers or any other features such as bombing in 1928 when everyone else has torpedo bombers and some even have dive bombers What were you doing when the bug occurred: playing the game normally i have done nothing out of the ordinary What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected: research to progress at a pace you would normally get for a high priority research area Can you describe how to reproduce the bug: i cant precisely reproduce it but i will include a save file What version of the game were you playing: v1.03 i cant post savegame due to size limit savegame is too big Attachments:

christianCould you attach your savegame (if you give your ships pictures, please delete all .bmp files from you savegame before zipping it).

christian Could you attach your savegame (if you give your ships pictures, please delete all .bmp files from you savegame before zipping it). ysadly i lost the copy of the savegame i made and my actual game has progressed beyond 1940 now and i only got lucky in 1931 (research had still not progressed at all) where one of my aircraft suppliers decided to sell me a torpedo bomber which allowed me to request new ones after that it has unstalled itself to some degree although im in 1940 and im still a bit behind other nations (research level wise on heavier than air)

If you have manually edited the file to fleet size 11 (good of you to mention that) lots of things may go wrong. The Fleet size value is used as a multiplier in umpteen situations, so setting it to an unexpected value may very well cause all kinds of strange things. If you do these things, we really cannot help.

yeah ok makes sense thanks for the response If you want larger fleets double the base resources for each nation and it won’t cause issues problem is doubling the base resourses means that research goes twice as fast as it normally does fleet size solves basically all problems you run into
