Could we get an overview of the what the different values in the Aircraft Basic Data table mean? They don't translate linearly and or directly to values in game so they can be quite difficult to understand from an outside perspective

Indeed. Now, one thing I can offer is that column 13 appears to be related to column 11 and 12. There never seems to be more than a +/-4 relationship, with medium bombers matching exactly.
I'm going to agree with the hypothesis that column 18 is a place-holder for the future anti-shipping missiles.
Likewise, I agree that column 20 - only applying to Float Planes, Flying Boats and Airships - is related to searching or spotting.
One column - and I'll vote for 3 or 4 - may possibly be the reliability value.
I think your idea about the final column being bomber attacks is spot on.
Edit: Could #3 be the incremental improvements from the progressive development of the aircraft? Though that doesn't make sense for the Airships.
Would production rates be kept here?

My first thought for column 20 is that it has something to do with ASW, as flying boats seem to have the highest values and as I understand that’s a big part of their role. Plus, I’d expect all planes to have some sort of spotting entry, as by default torpedo bombers are the first pick aircraft scouts.
Just at first glance, if column 4 has to do with reliability, fighters seem very high compared to other types, and flying boats/airships somewhat low.
I wondered if 3 might have to do with fuel consumption? I’d have to do some more digging to see if there’s some sort of ratio between that column, speed, and range.
EDIT: I also noticed an increase in the intervals in column 4 (from an increase of 0.1-0.2 per entry to 0.3-0.4) in/after 1944, corresponding with an increase in speeds as well (goes from ~20-30kt max speed increase to ~50) — corresponding to jet fighters, perhaps?

Good point on ASW, that seems more plausible.
Squadrons fill up too quickly in-game for me to tell anything about different production rates.
I also thought about maintenance as a possible value, but AFAICT in-game it didn't have a strong relationship with year.
IMX early airships seem to be less of death traps than early aircraft.

I had a hard time discerning which one was reliability, as that ranges from 0-3 while all stats in this table range from 0-4

Okay, because I'm a massive nerd, I made an excel spreadsheet for the four unknown columns. Warning, it's based on the wiki entry, not directly imported from the game files (I didn't have access to them when I made it), so there may be mistakes from copying to the wiki or from the wiki to my spreadsheet. Not sure if this'll present anything useful, but here you go! A couple of things that I noticed: --Fighters are generally superior in all of these categories, whatever they are. --Airships are usually very low on the list, with the notable exception of column 13, where they are best in class. Notably, airships are the only type where column 11/12 and column 13 are NOT similar in values. --Flying boats, and (to some extent) floatplane scouts, are pretty low on the lists in general. Notable exception is Column 12, where flying boats shoot up towards the end. --the data in column 4 for floatplane scouts is very erratic, jumping up and down a couple of times--the only one of these values that drop at any point (a mistake in the data?) --Dive and Torpedo bombers tend to start very low, but generally go up more steeply, sometimes coming into the vicinity of fighters by the end. So anyway... no idea if this will be helpful, but perhaps there will be some insights! Attachments:Book1.xlsx (32.39 KB)

Fredrik W can you confirm which column represents reliability?
