New Mod: Features

1. Very few aircraft will ever carry torpedoes, there's a random chance for MB to get them

2. Max late game bomb load reduced to two 1400lb bombs for all types(No more 2000lb bombs from fighters)

3. AP Bombs and Bombentorpedo removed

Seawolf, can this or the Delayed Aerial Torpedo mod be added to a pre-1910 save game or should one clear out the save folders and start fresh?

These can be added to all save games, except those that have already researched AP bombs or Bombentorpedo
The only caveat is that any aircraft already researched will remain
