This new type of historic ships mod runs off a .exe that creates save files, removing the restrictions and size of the older mods
Currently not compatible with Linux or Windows 7, dm for workarounds if you still want to play the mod
Features:
-New RTW start set in late 1939.
-Includes full historical rosters for ships built during WWII
-Historical Aircraft, Coastal Defenses, and Submarines
-Re-balanced Budgets and Technology
-Slowly adding options like year, setup, budgets, alliances, currently you can only change alliances(tensions too) and budgets
-Currently only the seven base nations are playable, Dutch and Spanish are in the works
