Added some more components, including some more options for hulls for CLs and DDs. Also took out the "windows" on the DD superstructures as they made them appear a little too WW2ish. Also added a couple simplified superstructures for the big ships to reflect the more simplistic appearance of many very early ships. I've attached a new PNG file with a cumulative set of the components I've created so far. Also attached are a couple demos to show how the components may be arranged to create some very early looking warships.

Put these together based on some battleships in my last game as Japan using these art pieces.  I really like the art style, and the modularity is great! I modified the turrets a little for the last class as the turrets were a little small for triples, so maybe a few more variations and more secondary guns might be worthwhile additions. |

Instead of just a plain background for the pictures, was experimenting a bit with flag backgrounds. What do you guys think of these pics?

Your Japanese Battleships are superbly done elouda! I like the Top & Side view combination. |

The background flags are a neat touch. Though I think they'd be redundant in game, since it features country flag in the upper-left window corner, typically?
Incidentally, I wonder if it wouldn't make more sense if the game had the ships face the opposite side (i.e. with bow towards the right side of screen, rather than the left like it is now) If just because this seems to be the standard in the technical drawings and such you'd typically find.
