So the notifications that tell you a spy got a ship's plans and you can see all the little details accurately is great, but unfortunately those parameters are not included when you go to look at the ship again.
For example, for a French CA I was able to see their Belt, Deck, Turrets, Battery, and C.T. armor values from the spy, but only belt armor is recorded to view later.
Basically this is the same as RTW2, which is disappointing, because I thought RTW3 was going to at least update these almanac table values with the proper ones if a spy managed to get "insert ship X here" plans, as opposed to speculative guesses from naval intelligence. As I said with RTW2, intel should be labeled in the almanac for each class as "speculative," or confirmed. That way we as the player can quickly and easily know if what we are looking at is true or not.

That's a bit of a shame, I was under the impression that this was going to be improved in the new game.

The change from 2 is that now a ship, once spied on, can be viewed while still under construction. The changes you suggest would be nice though certainly
