Hi, Having already played the first part of your mod I also wanted to try out this new version.
I started a game as Austria-Hungary, but unfortunatly, as soon as I press "turn" I get a whole slew of error messages like "Ship: BB Gangut has no location". I get those error messages every turn for what seems to be every single ship of the Russian Navy.

Hmm, I thought I had squashed this bug Will make sure its gone for the next update Can you check the changelog for the mod and make sure there's a 2.01 hotfix included?

Started playing, looks great. One question, are there pre-made ship rebuilds like those in 1936 Mod? Maybe they don't become available until several years down the road. If so and I've upgraded some ships have I lost the use of them?

If you've upgraded ships you lose the refits Here's the available refits Lyon and Normandie classes can rebuild to 16" guns(Twin turrets) Courageous, Lexington, Amagi, Tosa, Normandie, Borodino, and Caracciolo can rebuild to carriers

The 1936 WWII rebuilds are great at fixing weak deck armor. Too bad we don't have a rolling set of those for 1922, say a 1926 AA rebuild, followed by something in the 30's then the 1940 rebuild. Within the game you can't pull off those 1940 rebuilds from the 1936 Mod. I'll bet the Italian BBs (maybe others) in the 1936 mod received some rebuilding before the scenario starts.

I've gotten this error message twice now. The first time I used the task manager to go back to last save and was able to run a couple of turns, then it poped up again. Playing US in a No Versailles, No WNT game. Bretegne (R 1923).61R could not be found. When I look at French ships there are 3 of the Bretagne class, two are fine, one (Lorraine) will not show details because - missing file. Should I attempt to fix this by editing the save file and if so what should I do inside the .bcs file. Error message on running turn Error message from Almanac

Save file is 3.62 mb, too big to drop here.
E-mailed it to you.
